Ideaplane
Ideaplane’s Enterprise Social Network (ESN) was built in partnership with Deutsche Bank in 2011. The product aimed to improve the bank’s internal communication, reduce the number of emails, maintain a connection with the bank’s former employees (alumni), and promote internal mobility with an internal job board.
These and many other features were developed after running extensive analysis and interviews with employees from different departments with a range of responsibilities. In 2012, the product was converted into a ‘vanilla’ version and sold to the market as a Software as a Service (SaaS).
